Partial discharge atau PD adalah pelepasan parsial listrik (discharge) yang tidak menghubungkan dua elektroda penghantar dengan sempurna dan cenderung akan terdengar melalui aktivitas PD yang dapat terjadi dimana saja dalam suatu sistem isolasi. Power supply is key in all the areas of operation in the country and individual business operations. The need to ensure that this is not disrupted and is continuously provided at the highest level is of paramount importance. 

Detecting and measuring Partial Discharge (PD) activities give a unique insight into the conditions of Mid Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) assets without the need for expensive shutdowns or invasive testing. This course is targeted to deliver a competency in Condition Monitoring for High Voltage Asset and Asset Management through accurate condition assessment.
